Integra Expands Growing Line of Burn-in and Life Test Equipment

tahoe2Integra Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of a Tahoe Burn-in System to meet the growing technical demand of burn-in and life test from their customers. Housed at Integra’s Wichita facility, the multi-use, multi-application system will join Integra’s growing line of burn-in and life test equipment.

The 24-slot active socket burn-in system will provide testing of high-power devices, digital or mixed signal. “Adding the Tahoe burn-in system is the next logical step in the growth of Integra’s testing services,” said Dave Bass, Chief Technical Officer, “This capability allows Integra to perform burn-in and life test using its two high speed differential clocks at 200 MHz and will provide junction temperature control on a device-by-device basis.”

    • 24 slot single temp zone (25°C to 170°C)
    • 24 slot Individual active socket control
    • HP 50W/100W DUT dissipation Integrated refrigerant 25°C
  • Independent driver board resources per BIB slot (non-share)
  • True 160 bidirectional I/O channels per slot
  • Hot swap driver boards increase system uptime
  • Chamber heating or individual DUT temp.
  • 12kW chamber heat dissipation
  • 1:1 BIB-to-driver configuration
  • 24 Independent BIB slots

  • 12 x 54A and 4 x 12A power supplies
  • 160 bidirectional channels
  • 4 Analog channels
  • 2 LVDS channels
  • Tristate per pin
  • Measure DUT voltage and current
  • Monitor DUT outputs or sign of life
