Integra Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of a Tahoe Burn-in System to meet the growing technical demand of burn-in and life test from their customers. Housed at Integra’s Wichita facility, the multi-use, multi-application system will join Integra’s growing line of burn-in and life test equipment.
The 24-slot active socket burn-in system will provide testing of high-power devices, digital or mixed signal. “Adding the Tahoe burn-in system is the next logical step in the growth of Integra’s testing services,” said Dave Bass, Chief Technical Officer, “This capability allows Integra to perform burn-in and life test using its two high speed differential clocks at 200 MHz and will provide junction temperature control on a device-by-device basis.”

- 1:1 BIB-to-driver configuration
- 24 Independent BIB slots
Each BIB slot has:
- 12 x 54A and 4 x 12A power supplies
- 160 bidirectional channels
- 4 Analog channels
- 2 LVDS channels
- Tristate per pin
- Measure DUT voltage and current
- Monitor DUT outputs or sign of life
