Q:  Does Integra work with materials besides Silicon?
A:  Yes - we see numerous materials from III-V like GaAs to very hard materials like SiC and many in between. 

 

Q:  Does Integra package materials outside of Silicon? 
A:  Yes – we’ve seen numerous requirements for packages for III-V materials including GaAs, GaN & InP as well as other materials such as SiC, SiGe and others.

 

Q:  Does Integra test materials outside of Silicon? 
A:  Yes - Integra does wafer and package test of all materials. 

 

Q:  Where can I get more information on the materials Integra works with?
