ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Certificate of Accreditation

Integra Technologies recently received the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Certificate of Accreditation from the ANSI National Accreditation Board for fulling the requirement of various slash sheets of SAE's standard AS6171, Detection of Suspect/Counterfeit Parts Accreditation Program.

Integra's ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation addresses the following standards within AS6171:

  • External Visual Inspection
  • Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) Examination/Inspection
  • Physical Dimensions
  • Resistance to Solvents
  • Contact plating composition and thickness (XRF and SEM-EDS)
  • X-Ray
  • Delid/Decapsulation Physical Analysis
  • Acoustic Microscopy
  • Electrical Test
  • Burn-in
