How to Receive a Test or Qualification Quote from Integra

Take a look at some of our most frequently asked questions:

  1. What information customer needs to provide to get a Test quote?
    • Datasheet or similar document that shows how the device performs electrically

    • Referenced customer specs for the device or testing

    • If datasheet does not have Physical Outline Drawing (POD); it needs to be provided

    • Any specific test plan we need to follow. The more parameters we test; the most expensive the test cost becomes

    • For ASICs and FPGAs; will the customer provide any patterns?

    • ESD classification of the device

    • MSL classification of the device for the purposes of post electrical test packing

    • Any SOW that defines the flow that we need to follow

    • Qty to be tested

    • Temperatures at which the testing will be performed

    • Any add-on marking required to be put on

    • How to handle the rejects (we ship them or we scrap them)

    • Will the customer be able to provide NRE samples for set-up? Integra requires a minimum of 7 devices.

    • Technical contact for any questions

    • Required schedule

  2. What information customer needs to provide to get a Qualification quote?
    • If the device needs to be tested before, during and after qualification testing; please provide the above test information

    • Any SOW that defines the flow that we need to follow and any special set-up requirements (example: ramp rate during temperature cycle)

    • Referenced customer specs for the device or qualification

    • What are the tests that need to be performed and what test methods to use (JEDEC, Military standard, AEC etc.)?

    • Qty per test

    • Will the customer be able to provide NRE samples for set-up? Integra requires a minimum of 7 devices.

    • Will DPA or failure analysis be needed? Please provide details of required DPA and failure analysis
