Integra Technologies is seeking an experienced Customer Service representative for our Wichita KS facility.

Job Summary

• Build, revise, and copy routings and quotes for production testing of product.
• Implement change orders (changes to production setups, instructions etc.) issued by Customer Service and coordinate global change orders with IT for completion.
• Review statuses and bookings in order to release product to production for lots that do not automatically release.  Assign ship dates to all production lots as indicated by Customer Service on the inbound packing slip.
• Create and release Engineering jobs. 
• Assist with department status meetings.
• Confer with customer service, engineering and operations to exchange information regarding schedules.
• Help in maintaining Customer Service and Materials Management ISO9000 documentation.
• Some lifting required.

Qualifications – United States Citizenship/Permanent Residency is Required

To perform this job successfully, an individual have the following abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and external customers
• Ability to use time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner.
• Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to schedule production items that have capacity restraints.
• Ability to accurately compare data.
• Ability to use PC based software (Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, OMS, etc.) to extract data and generate reports as required
