Integra Technologies provides cost effective full turn-key semiconductor testing, qualification, and related technical services to Fabless Semiconductor manufacturers and Military / Avionics / Space OEM users of semiconductor devices. Integra can take a finished wafer and perform every post wafer fabrication service required to drop ship a fully finished device to an end customer including Test Software and Hardware Development, Qualification, Characterization, Wafer Probe, Assembly, Final Test, Upscreening, Inventory Storage and Drop Shipments – or any subset of those services. Integra has been in business supporting the semiconductor and mil-aerospace industries for more than 25 years and has unmatched delivery performance (>97%), Customer Satisfaction (>97%) and technical expertise (20 full time test engineers). Integra’s operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assure fast cycle times and high capacity. Integra’s experienced engineering staff and installed base of 32 test systems are capable of handling all device technologies including RF, Digital, Analog, Linear and Mixed Signal and all device types including Microprocessor, Memory, Logic, ASIC, Power Management, Wireless, DSP, A/D & D/A Converters, Ethernet, SIP/SOC and more. Integra offers semiconductor testing services at two facilities with a combined 40,000 square feet of manufacturing space. The main facility is located in Wichita, Kansas and provides most of the testing services while the second facility is in Santa Clara, California and focuses mainly on ESD, Latch-up and Counterfeit Device Detection services. Both the Wichita and Santa Clara testing laboratories are ISO 9001, ITAR and DSCC MIL STD 883 registered and are an approved supplier for NASA GSFC. The Wichita, Kansas Facility: The Wichita facility offers a vast array of semiconductor testing services, including, test software development, Military IC test, hardware design and development, electrical characterization, wafer probe, final test, burn-in, COTS upscreening, PEM qualification, HAST, HTOL, temperature cycling, THB, lead scan, bake, dry pack, warehousing and drop shipping. Integra’s testing operation supports our customers with these services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
The Santa Clara, California Facility: The Santa Clara facility specializes in Latch-up and ESD testing services, including human body model, charged device model ESD and machine model testing. Integra’s ESD Testing Laboratory has been providing superior ESD testing and Latch-up testing for 25 years. The ESD testing services lab typically serves 140 semiconductor companies each year in Silicon Valley and around the world.
