Annually, Integra provides our ESD test services to more than 200 different semiconductor companies, including small, start up fabless and most major IDMs and fabless companies throughout the US and abroad.

We provide quality Human Body Model ESD (HBM), Machine Model ESD (MM), socket-less Charged Device Model ESD (CDM) and latch-up testing to all current industry and JEDEC standards. We have more than 400 different fixtures in place and ready to use, ensuring quick cycle times for your ESD testing needs.

Automated ESD Sensitivity Classification Testing:

• Establish ESD sensitivities and failure threshold
• ESD Testing per JEDEC, ESDA, Mil Std 883, AEC and Lucent standards
• Pass / Fail / Analysis: Graphically monitor leakage changes
• HBM, CDM & MM testing
• ESD Testing up to 1024 pins

Automated Latch-up Testing:

• Static, Dynamic and Transient Latch-up
• Testing available: CMOS / EIA / JEDEC No. 17 & 78; custom; elevated temperature to 175°C
• Latch-up Testing up to 1024 pins

Equipment:

• ThermoElectron (Keytek) Paragons; 512 pin and 1024 pin systems
• ThermoElectron (Keytek) RCDM system
• Keytek Verifiers; 256 pin and 512 pin systems
• UTI Scanning Curve Tracer; 640 pin
